These may be seriously some of the most under rated cards in the game right now, along with grixis grim blade that has death touch. For one thing, the getting a multi colored permanent into play is extremely easy when we are talking shards of alara, and in the case of naya in particular, one trace of abundance on any land gives all your naya hushblades shroud. Now, at first, a lot of people point out.. hey, its shroud from any spell and ability not just opponents. There are several cards that can boost across the board even with that drawback. Have a thoctar, one naya hushblade, and mayael's aria on the field? You get a bigger shroud creature every turn. Ajani goldmane also fantastic for buffing them. If nothing else any of the lorwyn 2 color enchantments in the right colors, for example a shield of the oversoul makes naya hushblade a 5/4 indestructible, flying, shroud, on turn 3. Any card that can turn into that sort of powerhouse on turn 3 deserves a higher rating, 5/5.

What's nice about this lady is fact that once she get's her boost, she is really hard to handle (for your opponent). In the best case, you're gonna activate her ability with multicolored aura, Shield of the Oversoul seem to be the best one for this job, because you get a huge body, evasion and shroud with indestructibility... which means there are only few ways to kill it. What's even better is that it can be pulled in turn 3, and it's not really a god hand...

If this is your first multicolored permanent you could give it a multicolored demigod enchant, which would not only keep it from having shroud just long enough to get the enchant on, it'll also make it a 5/4, putting it over the Naya 5 power threshold, protect itself from being destroyed/exiled/unsummoned, and gives it trample/double strike, indestructible/flying, or lifelink/firebreathing. Not a game-winning combo, nor is it reliable, but all the cards involved work fine without each other, and it's fairly cheap to pull off (the exception being using Runes of the Deus; it's not cheap and it is pretty close to game-winning. A creature with shroud and trample attacking for 10 or more each turn is not easy to deal with.)

@ Cheza
It should be
Esper => Flying
Bant => Shroud
Naya => First Strike
Jund => HASTE
Grixis => DEATHTOUCH
Not the other way around from Grixis and Jund but yeah this should have First Strike and Bant Sureblade should have Shroud

play it early, enchant it with powerful cards, then play a multicolor permanent(possibly one of the enchantments). Mayael's Aria can also make it stronger later on, and because it has shroud you can keep it alive for the other effects of Mayael's Aria.

Naya Hushblade is one of the most elegant cards in the game.
Play it turn two and follow with Shield of the Oversoul for a turn three 5/4 flying shroud indestructible.
Twist my arm, ya know?!

This should have had first strike instead.

Esper => flying
Bant => shroud
Naya => First Strike
Jund => Deathtouch
Grixis => Haste

probably the worst of the cycle, aside from maybe jund hackblade, though I suppose that's not saying much since it's still decent.

Shroud is only really useful for big fatties/high mana bombs so they're protected from removal, which is more or less the only way to deal with them. In most cases your opponent isn't going to waste a removal on this guy, since a 3/2, while good, dies to most any creature anyway.
