Surprised no one did mention Wirewood Symbiote

elvish archdruids and another elf.
You cast Elvish Visionary to draw, tap the archdruid for 3x mana, and take the visionary to untap the archdruid.

Repeat, infinite mana and drawing. add Essence Warden or Wellwisher for infinite life too.

So this is a card. I know people tend to like it, but not me. All I see is a chump blocker that replaces itself for 1G. I guess I'd rather have the mana and a good card than have this one. I'm almost certainly wrong, though.

Pretty much any effect you can get for a cheap mana cost and without losing a card is worth considering. I'm not a fan of Green, nor Elves in particular, and will therefore always be partial to Wall of Omens but I definitely love this little punk on principal.

An amazing card. I'm currently running a deck

This card is the only reason it works, it gets me into another land every time. Even running 24 lands I often got stuck at 2/3 mana and I couldn't do anything and automatically lost... Since putting 4 in I almost never miss a land I need. I also always have an early blocker.

Compare Baleful Strix, which is mostly better but in different colors. Also it's like $15.

@About: Read Wirewood Symbiote... it specifically says you can only use the ability once per turn.

Although it's fairly decent card advantage, I would still much rather Wall of Omens or Wall of Blossoms
