@Ignaeon: Wait, what? Of course you can answer this with an instant! It only ends the turn (exiling the stack) when it resolves, so while it is on the stack you can still counter it or cast any instant you want to.

Back to the emrakul debate... If i am not mistaken, Emrakul is cast. He goes on the stack. His 'Take another turn' trigger goes on the stack. Then you play Time Stop. Doesn't Time Stop exile the 'take another turn' trigger as well as Emrakul?

Great card. You need green mana-production to make this playable. Heartbeat of Spring, Magus of the Candelabra, a couple of the Simic bounce-lands and a Wild Growth or two, with all that in play, the king of counterspells is no harder to play then Mana Leak.
Great card.

Edit: This is also playable with the Urza's Saga 'free spells' (Time Spiral and the like) and lands that produce two or more mana (Tolarian Academy).

MUCH better thanTime Warp in 1 on 1 because you get to counter your opponent's spells and basically take another turn anyway.

I really want to read the style guide for this card's art.

Gatherer works better in the Companion app!
