"Ok, I am very new at this game and I am trying to understand some of my cards. Can someone tell me, since this is a Defender card and can't attack, why is there 4 power on it?"

Compared to creatures with 4 toughness, this will block and kill it, leaving the enemy down a better card that cost them more mana to play. It may also make them not attack, afraid of losing an important creature. Most other walls have 1 or 2 power or zero, but more toughness, allowing them to stay alive longer, but not ward off an attack.

This isn't a bad card and it's not a great card. It's just okay. It's a common from a core set and it's a wall, so being okay is about the best you can expect.

Not a great card, but MAN that is some terrific artwork. I want to slap it on another card to proxy with.

I don't get it. Wall of Razors was fun, but it wasn't exactly overpowered; and creatures have gotten a lot better since then. Why would they print a nerfed version of it?

@Buderus: You made love to your Wall of Razors? Sounds pretty painful...

Interesting, to say the least. 2-drop with 4 toughness is definitely useful for scaring your opponent away from attacking early in the game, can kill an annoying guy later on. One-time use 95% of the time, but what he does, he does well.
