Comedy would be tacking the milling-sword onto this guy, too.
edit: after some tinkering, this card sort of blows - it's totally hit or miss milling their deck, and pointless on your own; i.e. the sort of tempo deck this wants to be in doesn't have any casting costs worth paying to lose. Fun in draft, though.

I think it has potential in control with cards like Temporal Spring, Aethertow if you run creatures (hey why not Nevermaker), Metamorphose if you're running discard, Time Ebb, Temporal Eddy, Excommunicate, Grasp of Phantoms in standard, and Repel. Chuck that junk to the top of their library, then mill it for pumpage.
And of course Crafty Pathmage so they're taking that damage to the head.

At my first booster draft ever, I somehow managed to pull two of these. I didn't realise at first how fortunate it was of me -my hand sucked apart from blue cards, but these birds made me win twice and _almost_ additional two times. I think that speaks volumes.
Besides, it's always fun to swing for 14 damage with two mana -flying creature

Run with Vengeful Pharaoh? Gives this guy +5/+5 and lets you easily toss the Pharaoh back into the graveyard. Only problem being that you'll end up drawing the Pharaoh....perhaps Sylvan Library? Or Sensei's Divining Top?

Absurd! I think it would have been powerful enough for it to get +X/+X for the last card milled, not cumulative +X/+X for every card. Blue creatures are really getting love. Just waiting to see Green creatures on same power level.

I just played a two headed giant game, got one of these out, Pumped it with it's ability three times (one on each player besides myself), total +8/+8. I had a 9/9 fly over their zombies for the win.
Fun card. 5/5.
