Dropping a 1/1 turn 3 is scary but if it has first strike and +1/+1 from the Stromkirk Captain you might be ok. Also a nice Sword of War and Peace might help her out. I think on her own she's so so. If she gets going though she's a butcher!!! Gruesome Deformity might help her out too. In limited Trepanation Blade is her best friend :) Mill their 40 cards quick

Decent (if vulnerable) on her own, but if she connects once, things can quickly get out of hand for your opponent.

At first I thought this was... Interesting, but not super great. Then I realized that the double strike damage counts as two separate instances of taking damage, so if unblocked she would get 2 counters per attack phase. Now, I can clearly see why she is so sought after.
