No one's mentioned it so Imight as well. It'd only be in certain formats, but Stratascythe could do some sweet things with this. Yeah, you could just use a mono colored deck... or you could use Realmwright.

Because Wizards likes Modern so much, I can only assume this was made to boost Scapeshift decks so Valakut could have MOAR TRIGGERS. Great for those players, I guess... :(

SRSFACE - The combo is also possible in standard with Galvanic alchemist - I didn't get it at first but Galvanic gives the other creature and ability that triggers a copy from the Illusinist's Bracers. Thus Arbor elf will untap twice for each three mana spent netting you one. It's a four card combo but it sounds fun to play in any case.
