I find it kind of amusing that this came out with Gatecrash.
Return to Ravnica and Gatecrash effectively neutered Krenko with Electrickery, Illness in the Ranks, Cyclonic Rift, Rakdos Charm, Izzet Staticasters and Detention Sphere - So why give old Krenko a wonderful weapon like this? Adding insult to injury?

Needs plenty of creatures to be effective. Replace with a decent creature instead and deal damage multiple times. Mob Justice ?
