She has protection from artifacts, meaning unless you keep her tapped at all times (lol), she can't be equiped.
702.14d A permanent with protection can't be equipped by Equipment that have the stated quality or fortified by Fortifications that have the stated quality. Such Equipment or Fortifications become unattached from that permanent as a state-based action, but remain on the battlefield. (See rule 704, "State-Based Actions.")
704.5p If an Equipment or Fortification is attached to an illegal permanent, it becomes unattached from that permanent. It remains on the battlefield.

@glennrmstrng, most people are suggesting things that don't target her. Both Akroma's Memorial and Serra's Blessing say "all your creatures gain vigilance", which works fine with Pristine's protection.

That is, if you don't mind your opponent burning your deck afterwards. ;-) Forget trample, 14/14 unblockable (with an instant or vigilance) except by Emrakul himself (or an Eldrazi/spawn given flying somehow)? Hell yeah!

Aside from killing it with Eldrazi or Wrath of God, you could always take it with Chamber of Manipulation, then kill it with some random card like Spawning Pit. The land that does the targeting is colorless.

If this was made today it would have hexproof and be indestructible, which would be better. There is no way to give her vigilance unless, if you can find a colorless non artifact card that gives vigilance you can do it. Somehow you guys think this card has Shroud, it does not it has protection from all colors and artifacts, that means nothing can affect it while it's untapped. You just need a creature that has an ability to untap permanents.
