They made overrun better.. Omg. I honestly didn't think that would ever happen. And yes, it is better than overrun in my opinion, at least in my deck, because I have an elf deck with a scion of the wild. He gets up pretty high, and so its like 17 19/19 creatures and one 34/34 creature all with trample. So I see where people are coming from, but better than overrun, IMO. And come on guys be creative with your token swarms. Might of the masses, Giant growth, and pump spell makes this card ridiculous

Been reading the comments on here and I don't think a lot of people seem to understand that overrun did what this card doesn't do and vice versa. Overrun is better for decks with lots of small creatures, because none of your creatures were necessarily over 3/3 to begin with. Overrun was indeed actually over powered. As an example, you could turn 1: Forest, bird. Turn 2: plains, use cultivate or any type of ramping spell. Turn 3: play conquerors pledge, you now have 5, 1/1 tokens. Turn 4: Play overrun, swing for 20 damage. By contrast overwhelming stampede doesn't do this, and it wants you to have some other big giant non token creature in your deck to use with it. So, one of your cards that would have otherwise say put 7 tokens into play, is now a khalni hydra or some other big bruiser card which isn't what a token deck is about. All the things that improve token decks, such as spreading counters, and effects dependent on multiple creatures normally don't care about having... (see all)

lol best combo I come out with- Protean Hydra, 4 x this card.

tap for as much mana for a turn for protean hydra, generally around 8. Wait a few turns and then when you get the mana (Either by using Lotus to build up the mana or by combining something that gives colorless mana like Everflowing chalice) play 1 first, and another, and another, and another.
So lets have a look at what we got lol.

For sake of argument protean hydra is the highest creature of 8 power.
the last one plays onto the stack first, so every creature gets +8/+8.
The next one plays onto the stack, Protean hydra is 16/16 so every creature gets +16/+16
The next one plays onto the stack, Protean hydra is 32/32 so every creature gets +32/+32
and then the final touch, the first one you played, Protean hydra is now 64/64 so every creature gets +64/+64

lets see the total addon:
8+16+32+64 = 120, with protean hydra on 128.

Should be restricted lol, I broke many games using that combo.

Soo... What if I had a Pathrazer of Ulamog out chillin', while I also had a Pyromancer Ascension out with 2 quest counters on it. . . and then I cast this?

44/44 With Annihilator 2 and Trample, everything else +44/+44 with trample!? WTF!?!?!?

Hmmm... yar... I see it... they are making a more powerful overrun so they can make it rare, but i think its a bit broken tbh... Let me explain... i usally plays a either green/white/red token deck in legacy, or green/black infect... In the first deck i loved 2 make stupid 0/1 Eldrazi spawns, and then completly turn the game around by using Titanic Ultimatum or overrun, but now, all i have to do for winning is popping might of the masses a few times and then use this... personal record: 20 0/1 eldrazi spawns with +40/+40 (BROKEN?!?!?!?!?) In the other deck i do kinda the same, just with carrioncall, then i play a few dark ritual, and then Putrefax, then i play overrun and BAMMM wins the game... Now i just play untamed might and this card to win... i mean... it works, but WTF!? :D

In my experience using a green soulbond deck, this is easily better than overrun. This is not the fastest setup, but tends to be one of the most common for me.
#1: Llanowar Elves
#2: Wild Beastmaster
#3: Druid's familiar with the Llanowar Elves
#4: Wolfir Silverheart with the Wild Beastmaster
#5: Overwhelming Stampede on the 8/8 Wolfir Silverheart. Then attack.
All creatures get +8+8, so the now 13/13 Wild Beastmaster gives all other creatures +13/+13. Meaning for 3GreenGreen you gave all of your creatures +21+21 and trample. At which point you most likely win, though it's IS susceptible to fog and safe passage.

This is usually going to be better than Overrun. Overrun wasn't broken or anything, but I like the upgrade.
