4/27/2018	If the target nonland permanent is an illegal target by the time Blink of an Eye tries to resolve, the spell doesn't resolve. You won't draw a card if it was kicked.
11/8/2024	If a spell's kicker cost was paid, the spell is "kicked."
11/8/2024	The kicker ability doesn't let you pay a kicker cost more than once.
