SURELY that price is a "typo" right guys??? I got 4 of this in a random store-made pack of 100 cards at music and movie trading co for $4.00! Well, 3 like this and 1 has a diff mark in the middle right side, like half of a pac-man eating a ball, turned sideways. But it's not a lotus or a mox.. Gotta be a typo. Haha DANGIT.

That's basically saying a creature is bad, it dies to Doom Blade. Considering the only place you can even use this or Mental MIsstep is in Vintage, I wouldn't be surprised if the person playing Imperial Seal had a counter of his own just in case someone tried to do that.
Also, 2 life is nothing if it means you get the card that wins you the game.

I was working on a mono-
EDH deck and came across this card. I thought it might be a nice addition. Then I saw the price tag.
I think when I can afford to, I'll just add Vampiric Tutor and call it good...
