Bovine excrement... if there are no colored mana symbols, he's colorless for the purpose of EDH. Unless there is some obscur rule, simply stating that the card is "all colors" does not overrule the fact that the colors you play is dictated by the colored mana symbols.
If I'm wrong then the rules should be a lot more clear that the color of the general isn't based on the mana symbols but rather the color of the permanent (which uses mana symbols to determine it).
Otherwise what happens if WotC prints a Legendary Creature that costs 1
and "This card is Blue"... hell would break loose, that's what.
The opposite example is Ghostfire. Unless someone can find me an obscur rule that states otherwise, it can only be used in an EDH deck with a general that has . It doesn't matter if t... (see all)

How about Spreading Plague, this would whoop in there. First make a colorless deck, which is now a lot easier with the Eldrazi, (and of course artifacts). Once you get Spreading Plague out, you can use any Tinkering you have in your deck and play these. I think a formidable deck could be developed.
