@Kruzewah: They don't want to make everything OP. Your suggestion makes it way too powerful (It's already one of the best common sorceries as it is)

@DacenOctavio Not just Heroic. Battlefield Thaumaturge makes this into G: Put a +1/+1 counter on all creatures you want

Actually a lot better now, with heroic out. Definitely could have been an instant though. Strength of the tajuru outclasses it pretty badly. For only {1}{G} more, you get the same effect at instant speed. And then there's the ability to get more than 1 counter.
