Put one of these out alongside a Black Vise. They're going to be taking damage no matter how many cards are in their hand.

The Revised Edition of this and Black Vise's wording gave me alot of greif...
"If Opponent has fewer than three cars in hand during his or her upkeep,
the rack does 1 damage to opponent for each card fewer than three"
Because of this wording the twit ASSUMED and claimed judges said it means/ment it targets ALL opponents... Some guy who's supposendly been playing since when Black Lotus was a 10 cent card... Who thinks he knows it all...
This and black vise are a fun combo! I like using them with Underworld Dreams, Spiteful Visions & Teferies Puzzle Box XD Fun!! Not so much a winning deck but ment to be annoying and fun lol XD
.... Just not so great as a group game deck :s lol

running this with Black vise is kind of weak cause... well, just try it... it's not as good as it sounds... been there, done that... took a pic with my arms in the air going wooo in my chair... then I got over it cause it's not all it's cracked up to be... run this in a BLACK-DISCARD DECK... toss in Megrim or Liliana's caress ... underworld dreams... you get the idea, I hope lol

Extremely effective in a number of ways. Great card, and a lot of fun to watch people bite their lips while they try to play cards but not have damage dealt to them either.

I really like The Rack. Flavorful, and a bargain for what it does. Has synergy with discard, but acts well on its own to put a timer on your opponent in the late game.
