This by far is probably one of the most evil cards that I've ever seen. As long as an opponent doesn't have allotment of tokens in the battlefield, then they will have the tough choice of sacrificing a little now or sacrificing a lot later.

Awesome card! Question: Suppose this is suspended with 1 time counter and you have 2 Paradox Hazes (enchanting yourself) on the board. Can the opponent only sacrifice 1 permanent on their upkeep (to put 2 time counters on it, but even if they do this, it'll still resolve), or can they sacrifice 2 permanents (in the same upkeep) to put 4 time counters on it?

@a7141988
they can sac one perm for each upkeep they have, and each time they sac they put two counters on it. so in this case they can sac a perm (but they wouldn't) and it would still resolve.

This might be good with a Vampire Hexmage. Sacrifice the mage to remove all counters from this and there gos half your enemys permanents. :)

Suspend this, and then cripple them early with Hex Parasite

One of my favorite cards ever, is extremely destructive over time if you keep it at bay, and sometimes even more destructive if you don't. I think that it is a really cool concept, and the art just blows my mind!!!
5/5 (I do have quite a soft spot for this card)

Deliciously evil card. It reminds me of the griefing aspect of some cards in new Phyrexia, but Phyrexia didn't come up with something that makes an opponent so frustrated as this.
Of course, one permanent every few turns is not too good, but it isn't bad, either.

I love it, the more they try to delay it, the more permanents they will have sacrificed total if it ever gets to go off.
if they have 10 permanents and let it go off, they sacrifice 5
if they delay it once, then let it go off, they still sacrifice 5
if they delay it twice, they sac 6 total
unless they have an unlimited source of permanents, they will ultimately be better off just letting it hit, but psychologically, nobody wants to take a bomb to the face if they can just bleed a little over time.
