@occamsrazorwit: See the rulings. +2/+2 for every creature that has at least one of those creature types. A Changeling gets +2/+2.

I like that for once they made an awesome lady warrior who isn't dressed in a chainmail bikini or a goth party dress.

ClowWizardEriol: The oracle text says "other Barbarian creatures", so she won't get the buff. Unfortunately the type change is more of a nurf if anything.

...I can't help but feel the Oracle Text wording is really, really awkward. Is it just me?

I like her with Boldwyr Intimidator. She turns the guy into a 7/7 haster, and he can turn herself and any other creature you have into a warrior, to get the Lovisa buff.

@ luca_barelli
It made the card stronger you know, by itself, its likely to not be different, but since you are playing it in a Barbarian deck, she will get more buffs now.
Like Balthor the Stout or when you get more copies of her out, Mirror Gallery, or with subtype matters cards like Coat of Arms.
Unless you wanted to run her in a "Lord" deck, and are mad because all their tribal support is gone
