i think this is just playable because you get to choose what it makes, then again i have a few descent thrull cards that makes this quite handy, and when you need that extra goblin.
the flavor of it is great, 4/5

Camarid is the name for adolescent Homarids
Why? I dunno, I guess because each of the tokens is like the baby of the color tribe.
Thrulls were created from the Order of the Ebon Hand.
Saprolings are from Thallid Fungus.
Camarids are baby Hormarids.
Citizens are like 'worthless' people, they need to choose a profession to become a warrior (for example).
I dunno why for Goblins.

Would have liked it more if the actiavtion cost was 
less.
Then it would be mostly preferable to Nuisance Engine, although that one could still interact with artifact-related cards.
Also, what's up with the creature type Citizen?
I know about Fallen Empires' Icatian Town, but "Citizen" is neither a race nor a profession.
They should remove that creature type and reword those cards to "Human" instead...

Blue and white really got hosed on this one...
Why not merfolk or wizard for blue?
Why not soldier or bird for white?
Green, Red, and Black seem to got the right fits.
