Nearly every single Time Spiral card was an homage to at least one previously printed card.
This card references Faerie Noble only less-tribal and in a more appropriate color.

Seems somewhat underpowered compared to most Lords at first, but I agree, this tap ability can become an advantage with the right shenanigans.

A much less silly looking and less rigid Faerie Noble.

A keyword tribal card? Sounds great.
This particular one also works in a Faerie deck,
but combining it with cards like Pride of the Clouds, Radiant, Archangel and Soul Catcher should also proof to be fun.

3.5? More like 4.5. Freed from the reel or pemmin's will turn this thing into Firebreathing for ALL flying creatures you control.. and I mean firebreathing for ALL of them at the SAME TIME.
5 mana? Tap 6 times and have all your fairies get +6/+1.
THAT is why she's not a constant +1/+1 like others.
BOOM POW!
