I'd like to see her cost 
less or have 1 more power/toughness. She's kind of overcosted for hardcasting and yet a little too underwhelming for a reanimator target.

Not too bad for a General in a Commander game. Flying 5/5 and haste is decent, considering the cost of other generals. Combo her with by equipping Basilisk Collar and Thornbite Staff to basically boardwipe everyone else's creatures while simultaneously pumping her up with enough counters to hopefully one shot someone with general damage that turn.
