Really stupid art and really poor flavor. Would have been neat with just its second ability on a cheap body, or if Haste came for free.

would be better if it sacked for {R}{R}{R} but that would be Much too powerful.

And {R}{R} is kind of weird? They rarely give us things that make 2 mana, often preferring to give mana in units of either 1 or 3.
