Guess deck with 4 Mana leaks can simply replace them with this (and keep the Mana leaks in sideboard against grave removal).
In the early game, the {1} mana difference probably won't mean much. After the first Rune snag, it gets of course strictly better than Mana leak.
If i played 3 mana leaks, i would consider keeping them instead of this one.

Mega Leak: Counter target spell. If that spell is countered that way, its controller facepalms.

Good in the early game and sort-of fixed the Mana Leak problem in the late game. With a low color requirement, it makes for a great counterspell.

Propably the last good counterspell that was printed since Mana Leak in 9th edition

One of the better counterspells printed recently...They get better as the game goes on...

Worse then mana leak, this requires you to have at least one in the graveyard for it to be better, and if you cast one, they will almost certainly know you have another.
4/5 Stars

Better than Mana Leak, if you're playing for the late game...worse if you're not.

This is easily one of my favorite counter spells. It's interactive and usually gets it's job done.
