Decent I suppouse, unfortuantly phantom warrior is much better, unless you are just splashing blue I supouse. Also if your hungry Sauté them when you need a bite.
Also don't miss its older brother Bubbling beebles, unfourtantly yet again somewhat below par.

Bouncing Beebles likes the Mirrodin blocks quite a bit, in general. At worst he's solid blue creature sideboard. Who doesn't like an unblockable 2/2 for 3 CMC?
In head-to-head, get Leyline of Sanctity and Jinxed Idol on the board, sack a creature to hand them the Idol for good, and have that hit and the Beebles hit for a combined four that can't be stopped without some removal. Oh, they don't have a way to burn off the Beebles or destroy the Idol? That's too bad. The Leyline makes sure they're stuck with the Idol, and removes forced sacrifice a la Geth's Verdict as an option to get rid of the Beebles. Throw a Diplomatic Immunity on them and it's even harder to break. Keep a counter handy for any Wrath of God type blanket removal.
Have answers for their answers and a simple combo can go a long way.

The reprint as Neurok Spy was among the most disappointing in history.
