I always liked stealing creatures permanently without an aura, creature, or artifact holding it down that my opponent can just destroy.
This is an altered version of False Demise btw.

@PapikCZ: Actually that would not work with Horobi, b/c Fool's Demise would get countered, and its second ability would not get a chance to trigger.

Works extremely well withHomarid Spawning Bed and any card that has an "When this creature is put in the graveyard" or "when (card name) enters the battlefield, (effect)" as the sacrifice target. Sea Gate Oracle and Darkslick Drake come in mind, since they're the cards i used for this high cost recycling strategy.

I'm going to see if I can commission some art alterations: a playset of Academy Researchers painted to look like the Ghostbusters, a playset of Blasting Station painted to look like proton guns, and a playset of Fool's Demise painted to look like the Stay-Puft Marshmellow Man...
Try to imagine all life as you know it stopping instantaneously and every molecule in your body exploding at the speed of light. Total. Protonic. Reversal.

Steals their general in EDH!!
This and Spin into Myth merit a look for any blue EDH deck for their general-removing capabilities.

Forget Ramses Overdark, this card goes better in a Child of Alara EDH deck.

Imagine this with Horobi, Death's Wail: Mind Control or Persuasion as sorcery with buyback 0!
