This feels less powerful than a card that says "take another turn".
For instance, if you use it during their upkeep, they still get to untap.
If you use this to counter a single spell, they still got to draw, and maybe attack.

Yet this feels much more violating.

The power of this card is not in getting another turn, or in countering a single spell, but in destroying a moment. That is, waiting until someone has invested tons of resources into something, and stepping in at the last second to obliterate carefully laid plans.

This is a great example of a card that teaches players to let their effects resolve before starting the next one.

You could almost think of this as the ultimate counterspell; "Counter target players turn". Now if only it had Split Second.

This is pretty OP! You could really *** someone off if they are using Sage of Hours just saying.

You can:
Cast it during your upkeep to effectively take an extra turn.
Cast it in response to a spell to counter that spell, even if it's uncounterable.
Cast it in response to an creature attacking to prevent the damage.
Cast it in response to an ability activating or triggering to counter that ability.
Cast it in response to your own "at the beginning of the next end step" to keep a temporary creature indefinitely.
Cast it in response to storm nonsense to eliminate the entire storm stack.
Cast it when nothing is going on, just to be classy.
