Sorry, Skeptical Mario- each tap causes its own trigger from Insolence, and they are all separate sources. Samite Ministration would only gain you the life from one of them.
@ROBRAM89 -
You enchant the Seeker with Insolence, then tap it. One instance of the Insolance's triggered ability goes on the stack. That is what you are choosing when you choose a source of damage for Samite Ministration, not the enchantment itself. If you untap the Seeker and tap it again, there will be another instance of that ability on the stack which won't be covered by Samite Ministration, because it only allows you to choose one source (which here means one of the two the triggered ability instances on the stack).
A similar example is storm spells. Storm is a triggered ability which creates copies, putting those new copies on the stack. It doesn't replicate the spell itself. So if you, for example, Stifle the storm, you get no copies. But if you use Samite Ministration to prevent the... (see all)

It's not even worth mentioning combos with this card. Take any creature with a strong tap effect. You now can do it twice (or more). Congratulations, you are now winning more.

Oh, sure, she’s got her hand covering her brow like she’s scanning the horizon. The truth is obvious, though, when you really look at the art. The objects seeking skybreak are her lady lumps. If she sneezes, she’s popping out of that thing like Rose McGowan at a red-carpet event.

Hm... This seems pretty easy to break in half next to elf lords. I should probably grab a few.
