The worst pact. If it had haste it would be reasonable, but come on! 5 mana for a vanilla 4/4? that doesn't cut out for a good spell. I would have even preferred something as unoriginal as this:

Pact of Lightning is Red. Deal 3 damage to target creature or player. At the beginning of your next upkeep, pay RR. If you don't, you lose the game.
It's completely boring, and uninteresting, but at LEAST it's a better card than this in my humble opinion.

When a card says "If you don't. you lose the game", it had better be some infernal monstrosity of a spell of unimaginable power... not a 4/4 creature.
