In Time Spiral block limited, this was a beast, especially in conjunction with things like Assassinate - but also just to get your attackers through or to tap down potential threats. It could also be tutored by the rebel mechanic of things like Amrou Scout.
Outside of its block, this is beastly with rebel decks and also a rogue, giving it some utility if you want to make the most of the Prowl mechanic. A solid common and a versatile creature.
