When I was looking for Time Spiral Standard destroy artifact or enchantment, I looked at this card.
In casual (actually in general) I don't believe in sideboards, a deck should try and deal with any thread that it needs to, although it's not a realistic thing for me to impose on other players, I do it myself.
Yes it weakens my decks, oh well.
Anyway, my favorite deck is a Time Spiral Standard Fungus deck, I was looking for some artifact and )more for) enchantment destruction, there are so many enchantments that deal with my fungal friends, I knew I needed something to deal with them. (I also use Putrefy so I need less artifact killins)
Since I don't like sideboards, I definitely checked this out, I wanted something that (in order of what I really wanted, since all of these aren't likely to be on a card)
HAD to be in Time Spiral Standard, I believe in playing standard sets against your friends, using all cards is just no fun when they play standard.

IceFang if you are so insistent on Time Spiral Standard, then why do you not recognize that this card's slowness is supposed to be a feature, not a flaw?
They designed cards in an attempt to give you the feeling of controlling Time- you cast a Suspend spell by flinging it forward in time, the Future; Split Second is the most instant it gets- the Present Moment. Flashback I think may have been brought back to bring spells back from the Past. And of course the Timeshifted and Planeshifted cards show how time and space are getting all muddly.
I understand that in many situations, the slowness of the card is a really bad thing. I won't be taking it to a tough competition any time soon. But I like that, unlike old cards that are 'just' bad because the Designers didn't know what they were doing (Legends...-.-), this one at least has a valid explanation for the delayed action- it exists in Slow Time, one of the wierd things that happens on Dominaria with the Rifts messing up logic. This is... (see all)

Not a bad card for mutiplayer free for all games. As you can enchant a "friend's" artifact/enchantment to gain the life each turn, then if he/she turns on you, you can make them pay with the lost of their artifact/enchantment.
