There is no card that will return all creatures in your graveyard to your hand.
I like to use this after a Pestilence, and then follow with Sickening Dreams.

Have a Stoic Champion and a Fluctuator out, and slap this on the battlefield. Just have a library full of 
cyclers, sac all your crap, sac this, then repeat. Hits pretty hard fairly quickly.
