There's something satisfying about saying his name.
BRRRRIIIIIIIIIIIOOOOOOOOOON STOUUUUUUUUUUTAAAAAAAAAAAARM. Try it out when you summon him, when you attack with him, when you fling things with him, when you win a game, when you win the lottery, whenever.

Here's a pretty nifty combo:
1) Get Brion out
2) Get Mirror Entity out, along with any other creature.
3) Equip Deathrender to the third creature.
4) Spend mana to make the other creature as strong as you can (it also has +2/+2 due to the Deathrende)r.
5) Sacrifice creature and send down another one due to Deathrender.
Repeat for a few turn.
(Sorry for the double post, other one got messed up.)

One of the nice things about red and white, both colors have very playable walls. So with that in mind, Glyph of Destruction is a nice combat trick with Brion in play. Not an overwhelming game winner, but a nice solid play.
