So, the Oracle says you may play it without paying it's mana cost. Does this allow you to do things such as Kick or Morph from the graveyard? Or, for that matter additional costs?

Phyrexian Altar + Avenger of Zendikar + Horde of Notions + Faultgrinder, Mulldrifter etc = infinite card draw, land destruction etc.

I also had a question about this, I'll also ask this in the Rules Q & A since I couldn't find the answer on there at the moment. But I also would like to know if you can play Horde's abillity to put an elemental into play as an instant or whether it has to be whenever you 'can' play a creature. It's a bit unclear about that on the card and there isn't anything listed about it on the rules part of the page for the card.

@ Jessvsm: Since a creature ability can be used as an instant, unless otherwise stated, and the hordes is not stated, you are able to bring a creature back in the middle of battle if you so choose.
