One mana of any colour for a Common? Great card and only paying one and it comes into play tapped is hardly a deterant.

Its practical, functional, useful. OK, so it isn't flashy, or cool, or amazingly appealing, but it works, and sometimes thats all that matters.

In limited, I think this trumps panoramas. It's also way better than Shimmering Grotto. I don't know, I kinda like it.

Any color mana and all you have to pay is 1 just for playing it? Why isn't this thing rated 5?

I like it. It's a land, many of which are not very interesting. At all. It is functional, versatile, and I like the picture. Compare it to Ancient Ziggurat. I don't understand why that is rated so much higher, when this is more versatile. Unless I don't understand this.

There are better options, but still pretty good, 4/5

Easier mana cost than birds of paradise, and less vulnerable. Easily a 5 star card.

i understand the need for a card like this in the environment they are trying to create/maintain, but the drawbacks seem boring and tacked on. very un flavorful, un spike, un johnny, un timmy; but very functional and fair. Blah.
