The ally card comment is one of the best I've heard so far, the major point of any changeling is it counts as every creature, so anything that says "when x type creature enters the battlefield" works on a changeling, including things like veteran armorsmith, and ally cards like murasa pyromancer. It works especially well with anything that requires another thing to enter play, because removing the thing it champions allows it to re-enter play when the changeling dies (or if you can somehow bounce them back to hand), and re-use the ability. Currently the changeling berserker is on par with cliffrunner behemoth, except in red and not green, and without the potential for lifelink (and of course championing another creature).

Why is this rated so low???
It should (in my opinion) be about 3.7 to 3.8
Why? because it's a 4cmc 5 power haste WITH a relatively good toughness.
Also, championing a creature maight SEEM bad but you can look at it in a different way to "my creature is now gone boohoo." Champion acts as an anti-Wrath of Gods. After this creature dies, the exiled creature comes back to terrorize an opponent post Wrath.
One more thing is that THIS IS A CHANGELING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've had a lot of success using Changeling Berserker in NUMEROUS different tribal decks... It can add to the craziness of whatever tribe you want... with humour: Ever heard of a RED treefolk? a RED Merolk? Lolz, I've seen decks using this kind of changeling synergy with quite a bit of success

Oookay, let's assume that you play Changeling Berserker championing whatever. Then you play Changeling Titan, championing Changeling Berserker, and bringing back what the 'Zerker championed. Then you play Changeling Hero, championing the Titan, which would prompt the Berserker to reenter. Now assume you champion the Hero with the Berserker, and the Titan comes back into play. In order to stop this infinite loop, do you have to either sacrifice one of the creatures or champion another creature that isn't part of the Berserker=>Titan=>Hero=>Berserker loop, or is it possible to pass the turn with these creatures still cycling in and out of championhood? Either way, imagine the possibilities with the Reaper King!

Find a way to give him flash (Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir comes to mind) and he also screws your opponent's attempts at removal.

Oh come on, there is a de***ion of this ability printed on the card. Champion a creature means, that when Changeling Berserker enters the battlefield, you have to sacrifice it, unless you remove another creature you control from the game. When Changeling Berserker leaves game, the championed creature returns into battlefield under your control.

here is how the turn goes.....
play this guy, activate 3 ally abilities, 2 pumps and a burn, you now have a 5/3(waiting to champion resolve) 2 2/2 wolf, a 4/4 elf, a 4/4 guide, and 4 dmg from burn ally. champion burn ally, swing, 2 from wolf, 4 from elf, 4 from guide, 5 from this guy, what that, he died? oh well, deal another 3, 5/5 elf (tapped) 5/5 guide (tapped) 2 2/2 wolfs and a 2/2 wolf tapped, and the burn ally untapped, what part of that turn didnt go well?
extended and tribe ally decks should see WRG mana bases to use this guy and his twins, the hero and titan just to make full use of this champion "drawback"

Not too great in constructed, but I imagine he's great in draft, and honestly, he's pretty good in casual too.
Funny thing is he would probably be a good card for allies.
