I'm really glad this card exists. I just playtested my WG aura deck, managed to get Elite Vanguard swinging fourth turn with both Armadillo Cloak and Daybreak Coronet. I never realized how powerful stacking the two versions of lifelink would be. Toss in this double strike, and that's 28 life per turn. I like.

Double Strike is a monster ability, probably the most powerful traditional creature-only keyword. But playing a three-mana Aura, especially one that does little to help its host survive, is pretty much begging to be two-for-oned. I can't see this card in Constructed, though I might well sideboard it in in Limited against an opponent who, based on game 1, seems to have few removal options.

@swissbanker Grappling Hook costs way more then this and gives you a tiny bonus to compensate. Double Cleave and Assault Strobe are one time deals and lower costed and adjusted based on their casting speed.
This is permanant doubelstrike.... No, its not expensive, its perfect the way it is and has an appropriate rarity. Best turn 3 I can think of for this in white is Accorder Paladin. Because swinging for 11 on turn three along side Signal Pest played on turn one is bad.
