Do we really need the "additional" word in the first ability? I assume it's written for clarify, but I don't think a great amount of players would have read it and said "Yes, players do draw cards then," ignoring the effect.

Each player must draw an aditional card. Much goodness with the parasite, my draw pain deck can win in 4 rounds with this card.

so does that first ability mean that each player "MUST" draw a card or that each player draws twice in a single draw phase?

It was a very efficient build for quite a while.
