@Wasp228
Since it would probably be a 3/3, most likely you would be killing 3 of your opponents creatures at a time. Not all the creatures that block it.

I don't know why, but I love this card

@Hairless: We couldn't have expected his regeneration ability to only cost 1, it would be a strictly better Drudge Skeletons that could be used in green.
Regardless, this card is nice. Obviously 2 mana to regenerate a 1/1 isn't always fantastic, but he has good synergy with Gift of the Deity, and is the only option for a b/g hybrid 1 drop.

Ooh, he's got some serious competition now in Return to Ravnica. Slitherhead and that ridiculous rare shaman are both quite intimidating alternatives, and as for being a Scavenge platform Lotleth Troll's got that in the bag.

I agree with humor_love don't bother posting the most obvious combos that were specifically designed to work together, don't talk just to talk

Odious Tro' is a bit annoying to me since I don't like having dialects foisted on me. Isn't it always night in Shadowmoor too, making "each night" a stupid phrase?
