Make that Birds of Paradise a Noble Hierarch and then you're swinging for 7/7 by round four.

Round 1: Noble Hierarch
Round 2: Behemoth Sledge
Round 3: Chameleon Colossus
Round 4: Equip and Swing

great we got a rancor, it is only +2/+0 and trample, here is something better, Behemoth Sledge, +2/+2, trample and an added bonus, lifelink, sure your not swinging as a 12/10 on turn 3, but you are swinging as a 6/6 turn 4, lifelink, trample, then turn 5, 12/12 lifelink trample, now would you rather have a 6/6 turn 4 with 6 life or a 12/10 turn 4 with trample

This is the best green creature in all of Magic. For the purpose it serves of course - that being to beat your opponent over the head. So excluding Birds of Paradise and other green creatures not meant for attacking. I even think this is slightly better than Tarmogoyf. An 8/8 for 4 WITH pro black? And no drawback at all? Yeah. Chameleon Colossus makes Erhnam Djinn look like utter garbage, and that was the best green creature for 4 way back when.

I love the art too. Dude has another dude for a foot, and one dude appears to be sliding down his leg! The card is epic win. I just ordered 3 foils of this guy for $33, and can't wait til they get here.

Also, why are some of you so concerned with slapping Rancor or some kind of equipment on him? Here's a pro tip: HE DOESN'T FREAKING NEED IT. It's not worth the investment when he is already that good all by himself. It's just irrelevant, why would you go out of your way to do something like that.

I tried to make this guy a 32/32 once. I only got him up to a 16/16.
