Outside of a Giant-Shaman-Theme EDH deck, don't think I'd play this card. In EDH, if I don't have a Chaos Warp available (it's sitting in another deck, for example), I'll play this as a Chaos Warp. If I do have Chaos Warp, I'd rather play that and I'd rather play 1 than 2.

Chaos Warp is still randomish for good Red Flavor, but more useful and consistent for good play value as well. I think for this type of specific-targeted effect, I would only really want one slot in an EDH deck. Mass-Boom, Creatures, and Mana Fix take precedent over Silver Bullet Axes.

This WAS a fine card serving an important Roleplay up until Chaos Warp came out, and people can still choose to run both if they want, but I don't think that's the correct build- I think Chaos Warp just replaces this. Redundancy, Tutoring, yeah that's important, but I'd prefer to Redundancy my Wrath-effects and my Damage Sources before my Targetted Removal, and if I am in any second color except Black, there are ... The only card in Magic history (at least up through Theros) that contains the word "nonenchantment". How fitting that it's a red card.
