Each time I have used this card in my burn deck (against a counter heavy blue deck where I assumed it would do well) My opponent counters my counter of his counter so...counterproductive? I have yet to try it in a creature heavy green deck.

Should have been better, I like that it also hits a lot of annoying blue bounce, but I wish it had a secondary effect or something incase they're not playing blue. Split Second would have also been really useful.

Wow, pretty neat card (even if it forces you to play red/green).
It's pretty humorous as well.
I hate those pesky blue counterspells.
And like it is stated here, it's simply very satisfying to counter a blue counterspell with this

I wish it was just a counter target blue spell, but this does allow you to stop counterspells in both green and red. And that's probably all you REALLY need to counter anyway. Also, you might find an esoteric use for it, more of a sideboard card IMO, but I see it's value.
