It would be rated higher if:
-it were printed in a recent set
-if it just said "can't block" then it wouldn't even look like a drawback; instead this better version of "can't block" is seen as worse
-had better art
That said, it's a 3.5/5 card or better. No shinanigans to play around, just 3 power that's difficult to shift without removal. Compare to Leatherback Baloth and, considering all the whining on that card and it being 10+ years newer, this guy is doing pretty dang good.
