Now where can I utilize this card's ability in a weird sort of "WTF JUST HAPPENED?!" kind of way...???

GOT IT!!
Horobi, Death's Wail COMMANDER!! PERFECT!!

But all jokes aside, it gives you evasion from those pesky Fog Banks and Guard Gomazoas standing in your way...but still is pretty terrible, no matter what.

People are falling off because more than 1 creature is trying to use it. There's only room for one creature.

Amoeboid changeling. Now target creature can't block target creature you control! Probably the best 2 card combo ever. Game breaking.
