This is such a good card in pauper blue/black. It is two sources of control in one spell. It can kill a smaller creature and then it can stop another from causing damage. Sure, it's not the best ever but it is only two mana and a common.

It's like Martial Glory got colorshifted from this card...I wonder if that was on purpose...probably not.
