This is a card with terrifying abilities. I want to use it in conjunction with Dragonspeaker Shaman to offset the heavy mana cost. In casual, that is. In constructed it would have eaten many a Path to Exile or a Terminate. Otherwise, it has many perks; it's evasive, has the trample and firebreathing synergy, and removal that doesn't exile or stop regeneration or prevent attacking just doesn't do the job. Unfortunately, every player worth his salt runs the Path.
EDIT: I'm frustrated because I've never ever played this guy. And I own 3 copies of them. And 4 Dragon's Herald. *Sigh*
EDIT: I just built a budget Reanimator. He's in there. He's won games. I'm so happy. :D

The pinnacle of "Timmydom". Big creature, scary creature, fast, hard to kill, and its a DRAGON. Timmies can't ask for much more than this.. I mean seriously. In the MTG universe, this thing is a "Hellkite Overlord", so some kind of leader or alpha-creature among the "Hellkites", the bigger and more powerful dragons of MTG. So how does this thing stack up to the other reanimation creatures? In terms of cost, I consider it better than Akroma, Angel of Fury, certainly, but the Angel of Wrath? Hard pick. The angel is immune to most removal spells but the hellkite hits harder. I'm not sure.

What a pity that they printed this awesome creature in the same Block as Path to Exile. His blackness, high toughness and regenerate make him almost unkillable by most decks, but Path just outright deletes him.
