Look, I know that blue isn't about creatures, but this "cannot attack unless target player controls an island" thing is just awful.

Wow... they managed to make Sea Serpent WORSE! Great job, guys. Same horrid drawback as the Serpent and you get-1/-1 in exchange for an ability that will rarely ever trigger. And even if it does, you end up with a 6/4 trampler, which is about on par with what the Sea Serpent starts at?! Argh.

So he's a 4/4 islandhome for ? That can only conditionally become a 6/4 trample?
That's really bad even by 1994 standards.

You know what? I would accept Islandhome as a drawback if I could make myself a SHARK deck. Sometimes I'm so happy that I play casual too.

Man kids these days. Do you not get it? It's a shark. That is gnarly.
Yes times have changed and it would be silly to play this in any kind of competitive level, but Magic is so much better when it provides a challenge not just in beating down your opponents but working out how to use your own bizarre and unwieldy deck. Blue creatures are still weaker than other creatures to this day, are you really surprised they had creatures like this back in The Dark ages of Magic? 3.5/5, because if ever I drafted The Dark, I would see this dude and I would be like, hey shark buddy, I had an internet rant about you, you're comin' home with me.
