Just plain obnoxious in a Mill deck.
Though it is a shame he does't have Trample...or even Flying.

Why would someone use this over Mortivore? I don't understand what the fuss is about. It's the same card, minus the regeneration. So it seems worse to me. Since this card is a mythic rare, it's even worse.

This guy is great. Not only can he be a game-changer if you give him trample or lifelink as has been mentioned, but, he also kills when comboed with cascade.

Gift of the Deity turns this from awesome to overpowered. An X/X deathtouch that must be blocked by everything and every time he kills something it makes him bigger.
Love me some BG.

Would This guys power and toughness be a number whilst he is in the graveyard? If so their is some great potential. Self mill+Morbid Bloom to get something like 40 saps into play
on turn 7 or so if you self traumatize
using fog type effects and death touch Deadly Recluse to keep them out of your business

Just used this guy in a 3-way game last night. Used Diabolic Tutor to pull his arse out and Deathless Angel to keep him alive through a Wrath of God. Needless to say, I won. :)
