oops, my bad, missed the creature only clause. And at Great_North, I admit that counter spell was a bit too powerfull, but you have to admit that cancle is quite the step down, even with only one more mana.

It's a card with potential to become massive, especially in multiplayer. It also attracts every removal spell on the table- especially in multiplayer.
Morbid Bloom solves this problem.

This with lots of discard spells (Thoughtseize, Duress, etc) and Instant speed Infect givers (Triumph of the Hordes, Tainted Strike). TUrn 6 kill.
