This card combines well with Boartusk Liege. Yesterday I had two Boartusk Liege's in play and had two Blitz Hellion's in my hand. When I played the Blitz Hellion's they were 11/11.

These 2 cards and 4 blitz hellions have won me a few games.

Run with ponder; that way if its in the top three cards of your library, you can get it back the next turn!

I tossed this into my red/green primal forcemage deck. Makes it a 10/10 trample for 5. If I have enough mana, I just cast a horned kavu and bounce it back to my hand to bring it out the next turn.

I love and hate cards like this all at the same time.. it's fantastic for where ancients tread, but then again I have to spend mana on this every turn to put it back into play instead of playing something else. Can't have it both ways I suppose, next best thing is ball lightning.

Somewhat combos with Cream of the Crop. Sort of. Kinda.

I enjoy playing this card for 5 cmc, then sacrificing it to Ooze Garden for a big 7/7 ooze token. Whaddya think?

It's a Ball Lightning resistant to nukes ( you cant throw enought spells to kill it). I just wonder if you have to put it back in your library even if it dead?

I use it as a bomb for Warp World. Haste and trample is great to flip into, and if I'm not casting warp again this turn (unlikely), I most likely will be next turn.
