wow srsly guys? if u play him in a Life Drain esq deck, with things like Sanguine Bond etc, u know hes always going to chose to tap instead of pay

His tapping ability will never be useful, you need to read him back to front... in effect he can deal a 2 damage hit to target player... unless that player taps target creature. Still pretty lame though, maybe more useful in a multi-player

I personally think that this should be used for the life loss, ignoring the ability to tap creatures. Its sorta like a Prodigal Pyromancer, except it can't finish them off.
