Using this with cycling lands is actually pretty bad, it really just turns it into a worse Restore. Don't forget the first {b} you paid was to replace the dead draw that was the Barren Moor - because let's get real, without a second effect, the cycling lands aren't card advantage, they actually set you back by making you pay mana to draw for the turn. Its like they say " oops, sorry you didn't draw something useful this turn; but for the cost of one mana (that you probably want, to try and stay on curve), you can try again!"

And no crying "but deck thinning!", solid mathematics shows the effort put into deck thinning with cards like cyclers slows you down while not impacting your draws in a significant way. The effort it takes before deck thinning becomes noticeable is way beyond the scope of cycle or fetch lands without an engine better then this card - And again, if you're putting that level of time and that many cards into it, what's left that y...
